The first factory to export gloves and masks in a chain of projects in Vietnam with an investment of 2,176 billion, is designed and built to ensure both functionality and aesthetics. Total area of 9ha, including a central block with 20 lines of production lines to ensure economies of scale, with well-chosen and operated equipment, trained workers to be ready to supply the market with a large amount of equipment even in the case of the scarcity of goods. The surrounding blocks include office blocks and warehouses with usable area up to 70%, green areas accounting for 20% and the remaining 10% are internal roads. The project is surrounded by 4 sides adjacent to the road, convenient for fire prevention and fighting, importing materials and exporting goods.We aim to develop a financial, commercial, project as well as thorough market research based on digitization and solid knowledge from early leveraged factory projects.LEARN MORE
PM INAUGURATES KEY INDUSTRIAL ZONE IN LONG AN
Speaking at the ceremony, the PM hailed Long An Province’s efforts to develop industrial parks to create impetus for local socio-economic development, with gross regional domestic product (GRDP) registering an average annual growth of 9.16 per cent during 2016-20. He stressed the important role of businesses in national economic development and job generation, asking the local authorities to continue support for the investors, help them remove bottlenecks in their businesses, and work to further improve the investment climate with more effective measures in place.LEARN MORE
